- In what part of the world does the film take place/setting ?
- What political leaning, frame of thought, or morals do I agree or disagree with ?
- What kinds of cultural, historic, or social elements are featured ? Are they factual, well researched, and well demonstrated/executed ?
- Did I learn something new ?
- What is my reason for watching this film (pick me up, entertainment, suggestion, spontaneous, for a class etc.) ?
- Did I elicit a strong emotional response in some form or another ?
- How to I feel about this movie overall ?
- What character(s) do I identify with, like, or dislike ?
- Do I agree with the casting ?
- Which were the most powerful of the performances ?
- Do I enjoy the soundtrack music ? Does the music add to, or take from a specific scene(s) ?
